The Future of food: Epochal Banquet is one of the standout featured events that will take you on a multi-sensory journey like no other. This never before seen experience curated by UK based Bompas & Parr in collaboration with Expo2020 is an adventure for the mind, body and taste buds. Their ability to fuse food and technology will amaze you. Inspired by space, their offerings include super-light delicacies formed using the same technology NASA uses to collect comet dust. Paired with this, you can enjoy creations that glow in the dark and change flavours as they explore how humans and artificial intelligence can work together to sustainably feed the growing population and reduce food waste.

The Rising Flavours Food Hall pays homage to the hosts through its celebration of food throughout the GCC. This 3-storey dining hall highlights the evolution and creativity of the food scene throughout the region. Acclaimed chefs, theatrical cooking shows and gastronomical delights will celebrate the incredible flavours and talent born, developed and supported in this region.
